The CLCF has partnered with key prominent Chicago professionals to serve on an Advisory Council (AC). This influential group of trail blazers is critical for a successful program and are committed to the upward mobilization of the Latino community both locally and nationally.   • Counsel on academy operations, sustainability, and growth

  • Advocacy and promotion of the Leadership Academy

  • Curation of cohort via referrals and nominations, interviews, and recommendations
