Jacqueline Duarte

Jacqueline Duarte is a first-generation Mexican American passionate about amplifying Latino voices and creating pathways for young adults to be civically engaged.

She is a project manager at Point of Difference Strategies and Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres LLC, where she leads client communications, legislative research, and stakeholder engagement strategies. Previously, she served as Chief of Staff for an Illinois State Representative, overseeing legislative initiatives, intergovernmental relations, and constituent services.

Building on her legislative experience, Jacqueline has managed political campaigns, directed social media strategies, and cultivated relationships with policymakers, nonprofit leaders, and community stakeholders. She currently serves as Vice President of the Young Democrats of Chicago and as Policy Director for Young Chicago Lakefront—roles that have allowed her to mentor emerging leaders, mobilize young voters, and build coalitions to advance policies that reflect the needs of diverse communities.

Jacqueline earned her B.A. in political science from Roosevelt University and completed a post-baccalaureate certificate in paralegal studies from the University’s ABA-Approved Paralegal Studies Program. She remains committed to empowering young leaders and strengthening civic engagement across communities.
