Manuel Uribe

Manuel “Manny” Uribe is an accomplished Culinary Arts Faculty member, consultant, and chef who blends a deep passion for food with a commitment to education and community. With over eight years of experience as a full-time faculty member at Triton College, he has mentored hundreds of aspiring chefs, developed innovative curriculum, and created career pathways for students to thrive in the hospitality industry. 

As the founder of Uribe Services Corporation, Manny partners with restaurants and hospitality groups to improve operations, streamline menus, and foster sustainable growth. His role as a Traveling Support Chef with Bon Appétit Management Company has taken him across the country, where he has led diverse teams, executed high-volume events, and upheld the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and service. 

Born outside of the United States, Uribe carries the perspective of an immigrant experience, which continues to fuel and drive him to seize every opportunity to help grow while inspiring others to do the same.
